Audit Trainee

Assist in the planning and execution of statutory and internal audits for a diverse client portfolio

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliation reports

• Support senior auditors in reviewing books of accounts for accuracy and compliance

• Assist in filing income tax returns, TDS returns, and other compliance-related work

• Conduct vouching, verification of assets, and substantive testing procedures

• Prepare audit working papers and document findings under supervision

• Liaise with clients to gather required documents and information

• Qualification and Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com graduate, or CA Foundation / Intermediate, CMA Foundation / Intermediate, ACCA, or CS Foundation / Executive cleared candidate

• Strong academic record with genuine interest in finance, audit, and taxation

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); working knowledge of Tally is an advantage

• Good analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

• Strong written and spoken English proficiency; ability to communicate professionally with clients across different locations

• Good interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
