Auditor 1

A Junior Auditor supports the Internal Audit team in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role assists in conducting financial and operational audits, documenting audit results, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.

Critical Accountabilities:

Audit Execution

Conduct and complete assigned audit engagements within established timelines, ensuring adherence to approved audit programs, internal audit methodologies, and professional standards. Identify, document, and support audit observations with sufficient evidence, while maintaining accurate working papers and submitting audit documentation on time.

Audit Documentation and Working Papers

Prepare and maintain complete, accurate, and properly referenced audit working papers, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and supporting audit evidence requirements while minimizing review findings and rework.

Risk and Control Assessment

Identify and assess key risk areas and control weaknesses during audit engagements, perform accurate control testing, and promptly escalate significant issues while ensuring audit findings are of high quality and acceptable to Audit Supervisors and Managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in auditing firms and/or Internal Audit.
• Knowledge of internal auditing, risk assessment, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Php24,000.00 per month
