Auditor

Main duties: Participate in the development of audit programs; Execute assigned audit missions. Responsibilities (tasks and duties): Under the direct supervision of the Audit Director, supervisor, or engagement manager: Consider any risks that could compromise the achievement of assigned objectives and implement appropriate actions to address risks and opportunities impacting compliance with requirements, and evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken; Participate in the development of audit programs; Carry out audit work commissioned by management, using appropriate tools and according to a pre-established annual program; Verify and analyze operations and their supporting documentation during operational and functional activities; Prepare working documents documenting the results of the verifications performed; Report on the findings of the audit concerning its various parts and Formulate proposals to correct identified deficiencies, improve operating conditions, and reduce costs. Participate in the execution of special interventions at the request of the Audit Department. Assist in establishing work plans for assigned areas. Assist in finalizing controls or operations, analyzing the scope of tests to be performed, and preparing the necessary working documents. Assist in conducting verifications in accordance with the approved program and professional standards. Review operations, documents, controls, reports, and methods to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness. Prepare working documents recording and summarizing the data related to the assigned audit. Conduct preliminary discussions with operational staff regarding suspected deficiencies to verify the facts, obtain explanations for these deficiencies, and determine their causes. Prepare, under the supervision of their manager, guides and questionnaires related to operational audit missions: Prepare, under the supervision of their manager, audit visits (collecting and reviewing documents, preliminary information). Conduct operational audit operations according to the schedule established by their manager (site visits, interviews). Evaluate the conclusions of operational audit missions in a summary meeting with the audit team. Draft operational audit reports and submit them to their supervisor. Carry out any other assigned tasks. or work related to their job and in relation to their skills and abilities within the organized framework, and not expressly described in this job description. Ensure the application of the procedures and rules (that concern them) dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by: Reporting any observed anomaly, malfunction, or failure that could have a negative impact on the Quality of services/Products, the health and safety of workers, or the Environment. Propose, if necessary, corrective/preventive actions and measures. Raise awareness of the process approach and the risk-based approach. Capitalize on all feedback, determine the need to revise the planned arrangements, and share the acquired or modified knowledge with colleagues.
