II. AREA OF ASSIGNMENT

• To report at WFC, Silang, Cavite.
• To report at Central Audit Office at T.M. Kalaw, Manila, when needed.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College graduate with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Internal Audit, or a related field.
• Willing to comply with an occasional 12-hour downtime period as required under biosecurity protocols.
• Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite, with work locations primarily at swine and vegetable farms.
• Comfortable with a stay-in work arrangement and willing to strictly follow the required biosecurity protocols while working at the farms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and willingness to learn.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and travel to various farm locations within Cavite, Batangas, and other areas as required.

IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in conducting internal audits of various farm sites and company operations within Cavite, Batangas, and other assigned areas.
• Performs audit fieldwork, including the examination and verification of documents, records, transactions, inventories, and other supporting documents.
• Assists in evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of existing internal controls, systems, and procedures.
• Conducts physical inspection and verification of assets, inventories, supplies, equipment, and other company resources as required.
• Assists in performing spot audits and special audit procedures as instructed by the superior.
• Gathers, reviews, and analyzes audit evidence to support audit findings and conclusions.
• Prepares and maintains complete and organized audit working papers and supporting documents.
• Assists in identifying discrepancies, control weaknesses, irregularities, and other issues noted during the audit.
• Documents audit findings and prepares appropriate working papers and reports for review by the superior.
• Assists in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and established internal controls.
• Coordinates with concerned officers and staff to obtain necessary documents, explanations, and information required during the audit.
• Assists in following up on previous audit findings and monitors the status of corrective actions and open audit items.
• Provides assistance during discussions with concerned departments regarding audit findings and recommendations.
• Assists in the audit and evaluation of computerized systems, processes, and related controls when assigned.
• Performs data gathering, reconciliation, verification, and other audit-related analyses as required.
• Assists other audit groups in conducting audits and special projects as assigned by the superior.
• Maintains confidentiality of all company records, financial information, audit findings, and other sensitive information obtained during the course of the audit.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior.
