Role Overview

FEU Institute of Technology is seeking a dedicated Operations & Compliance Assitant to support the Institution's compliance and quality assurance initiatives. The role is responsible for conducting validation activities to ensure that established policies, procedures, and controls are properly observed across the Institution. The Auditor will also evaluate existing practices and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. In addition, the position involves monitoring the timely submission of required documents and ensuring adherence to both internal policies and statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of Internal Auditing, Accountancy, or any related course
• With 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Preferably with experience in performing audit procedures or process documentation, knowledgeable in preparation of audit and observation reports
• Willing to work five (5) days onsite
• Can start immediately
