Job Summary

Figours Innovation Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor with a strong accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing financial records, assessing internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying areas for improvement in financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit financial records, accounts, and business transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review accounting entries, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate internal controls, financial procedures, and risk management processes.
• Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential financial risks.
• Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Work with the Finance and Operations teams to promote accountability and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience in auditing and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and report-writing skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
