• Conduct financial, commercial, compliance and operational audits.
• Verify bill vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Check AP, AR, cash, bank, expenses, COGS, and P&L transactions.
• Monitor commercial activities such as export, import, bond, duty, logistics, etc.
• Verify physical inventory with ERP/system records and identify shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Review PR, PO, quotation, comparative statement, MRR, invoice, and payment processes.
• Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Check all kinds of local purchase bill vouchers and verify market rates.
• Review production efficiency, wastage, utilization, and cost-control measures.
• Investigate audit findings and determine root causes.
• Audit and monitor payroll, HR, and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain proper audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Prepare Inventory Reports and Fixed Asset Audit Reports.
