Your role with us
As part of our Home & Personal Care (HPC) team, you will work at the interface between audit, client support and sales. You will guide companies in the cosmetics and detergents & cleaning products sectors through the entire certification process, providing expert, independent and client-focused support. You will manage your own client portfolio and actively build new client relationships. Your core responsibilities will include conducting on-site audits at our clients’ premises. You will verify compliance with recognised international standards in the cosmetics and detergents & cleaning products sectors, gaining insights into a wide variety of companies in Germany and other European countries. Regular travel is a key aspect of this role. Individual remote audits, as well as travel planning and the preparation and follow-up work for audits, can be carried out flexibly from your home in Germany or from our office in Konstanz.

Profile

What you’ll need

• You have a degree (e.g. in chemistry, sciences or environmental sciences) or laboratory-based training (CTA, MTA, BTA) with relevant professional experience, including, for example, in sales.
• You are willing to travel extensively
• You have a very good command of German and a good command of English, and work independently, in a structured and reliable manner. You are resilient, flexible and confident in your manner. Ideally, you already have experience in customer contact, consultancy or sales, and are keen to actively develop customer relationships and secure new projects.
• For this role, you will also hold a Class B driving licence and be confident using MS Office applications.
