About the role

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic call centre team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries with professionalism and care. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Listen actively to customer concerns and inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer needs
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company system
• Follow company protocols and scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
• Meet call handling targets and quality standards consistently
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
• Provide feedback to management on common customer concerns and improvement opportunities

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear English proficiency
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
• Patience and tolerance when dealing with difficult situations
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with a commitment to meeting performance targets
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new tools and software
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential
