Auntie Anne's Shift Leader/Assistant Manager

We are looking for a shift leader/Manager with high energy, great customer service, and is sales focused.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Open and close the store according to company procedures
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure products meet quality and safety requirements.

Staff Management

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate team members.
• Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.

Customer Service

• Ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Promote a positive guest experience.

Inventory & Ordering

• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging.
• Place orders and control waste to meet budget goals.
• Receive and organize deliveries.

Financial Management

• Manage cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Track sales performance and labor costs.
• Help achieve sales and profitability targets.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
