💼 Business Strategy — Aura Management Trainee 2026

Work at the center of Aura Wellness’ key business decisions, tackling real challenges across Marketing, Clinic Operations, and Finance. You’ll combine data, business judgment, and hands-on execution to turn strategic ideas into measurable business impact.

Job Description

• Develop growth strategies and business cases through market research, financial analysis, customer insights, and performance data.
• Own strategic projects from planning to execution, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business teams.
• Identify new growth opportunities by tracking industry trends, customer behavior, competitors, and regulatory developments.
• Analyze business performance and key KPIs to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with C-level executives and management, supporting key business decisions and presenting insights directly to senior leadership.
• Gain hands-on exposure across Marketing, Clinic Operations, and Finance, building an end-to-end understanding of how Aura Wellness grows and scales.
• Take ownership of high-impact, real-world business challenges with the opportunity to see your ideas implemented across the organization.

*Remark: Exposure and project assignments across Marketing, Clinic Operations, and Finance will vary based on individual strengths, performance, business priorities, and career development.

📝 Qualifications

• Graduated as a top performer from any universities (any field — Finance candidates ideally Finance/Economics/Engineering background; Marketing and Operations candidates may come from any discipline)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with exceptional written and oral communication in both Thai and English (TOEIC 800, TOEFL 80, or IELTS 6.5 minimum or equivalent English proficiency)
• Demonstrated excellent mathematical and analytical skills (Math exam will be conducted on interview date)
• Comfortable processing large datasets and analyzing them to support decision-making and change management
• Ambitious, driven, and possessing an entrepreneurial spirit — comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• Genuine interest in aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare industries
