We're looking for a curious, customer focused Support Consultant to join Aurion in a rare opportunity to become part of the team and help customers get the best from Aurion. This is a customer facing, help-desk style role where you get to work with a supportive, experienced team that truly has your back.

Responsibilities

As an integral member of our Support Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Support customers in their use of the Aurion product through the use of a ticketing system and over the phone
• Manage, monitor and update high volume support tickets
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify customer issues
• Identify and assist with complex technical and product questions

Skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. It would be advantageous if you have previously used the Aurion software and can demonstrate experience in payroll and a genuine love for customer service.

• Experience using and/or administrating Aurion or strong payroll experience

• Success in building and maintaining customer relationships and expectations

• Excellent communication and interperonal skills with an ability to work proactively and independently

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with proven troubleshooting abilities

• A collaborative team member, able to contribute to an open and honest environment where ideas and views are discussed freely
