Job Description :
- Design and architect highly scalable and resilient database solutions using Aurora PostgreSQL.
- Define data architecture standards, models, and governance frameworks.
- Lead database design activities including data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Optimize database performance, query tuning, and indexing strategies.
- Implement high availability, replication, backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms. Design and manage data migration strategies (on-prem to cloud or cross-platform).
- Ensure data security, encryption, compliance, and access control. Work with development teams to define best practices for database interaction and schema design.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, cost, and capacity planning Implement automation for database provisioning and operations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor DB engineers
