Talent Formula is a consulting firm that provides outsourced accounting and finance professionals to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, Horizon Nexus Partners, for their offshore team in India supporting Australian clients.

Position: Accountant / Bookkeeper

Location: Hyderabad & Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 2+ Years

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a Public Practice Accounting Firm.
• Hands-on experience with MYOB and Xero (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end bookkeeping activities.
• Processing and recording transactions in MYOB and Xero.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Managing payroll functions.
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assisting with Quarterly BAS preparation.
• Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks.
