Australian Financial Paraplanner

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Australian Financial Paraplanner to support Financial

Advisers in preparing high-quality financial advice and ensuring compliance with Australian

regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and related

documentation.

• Conduct research on superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement.

• Assist advisers with financial modelling, strategy development and product

comparisons.

• Ensure advice documents are accurate, compliant and completed within required

timelines.

• Maintain client records and supporting documentation.

• Liaise with advisers and internal teams to clarify requirements and manage workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Australian financial paraplanning experience.

• Strong knowledge of the Australian financial planning and superannuation

environment.

• Experience preparing SOAs and ROAs.

• Knowledge of Australian compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical, written communication and attention-to-detail skills.

• Experience with Xplan is highly desirable.

• Relevant Financial Planning/Finance qualification preferred.
