NOW HIRING — PER DIEM / FILL-IN DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF -ALL SHIFTS

We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide per diem/fill-in support for an adult with autism in a private home and community setting.

Previous autism support and behavior support experience is required.

This is a per diem/fill-in position with opportunities across all shifts, including coverage for open shifts, staff call-offs, vacations, and other scheduling needs. Hours will vary based on availability and coverage needs.

Responsibilities include:

● Providing respectful, person-centered support

● Supporting daily living skills while encouraging independence

● Assisting with community activities and outings

● Following established routines, individualized support strategies, and safety procedures

● Teaching and reinforcing communication skills, sensory regulation strategies, and individualized skill-building activities

● Meal preparation and light household responsibilities

● Maintaining clear communication with the family and support team

We’re looking for someone who:

● Has previous experience supporting individuals with autism

● Has experience implementing behavioral and individualized support strategies

● Is comfortable teaching, modeling, and reinforcing new and existing skills

● Is calm, patient, reliable, and consistent

● Understands the importance of dignity, privacy, and independence

● Can follow established support plans and household routines

● Has reliable transportation

Per Diem / Fill-In primarily evenings weekends, summertime

This is a great opportunity for an experienced support professional looking to add flexible or supplemental hours to their schedule.
