About the Role:

Akiki Auto Body, an OEM-certified and I-CAR Gold Certified collision shop, is seeking a skilled Licensed Auto Damage Appraiser to join our team. You will be appraising and handling damage repairs of cars, medium and heavy-duty trucks. You will focus on blueprinting and repair planning, working with modern vehicles and EVs to ensure repairs are completed to pre-loss condition using manufacturer-approved procedures with full transparency.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop precise repair plans.
• Write detailed, transparent repair estimates adhering to repair standards.
• Work with modern vehicles and EVs, utilizing state-of-the-art tools and processes.
• Collaborate with technicians, insurers, and customers for efficient repair timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Auto Damage Appraiser with strong skills in blueprinting and repair planning.
• Proficiency with CCC1 estimating software.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and EV repair processes.
• Commitment to full transparency, quality, and safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
