• Work collaboratively with body technicians, estimators, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe paint department.
• Assist with paint material inventory and weekly supply ordering.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.

• Dependable, organized, and committed to producing quality repairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications are a plus, but experience and ability matter most.

Why CARS?

We understand that an exceptional painter is a critical part of a successful collision repair operation.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, appreciates doing things correctly, and wants to be part of a company that shares those values.
