Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural repairs using advanced fabrication techniques
• Use MIG welding, soldering, and automotive welding equipment to restore vehicle frames and panels with accuracy
• Conduct auto painting, sanding, and automotive cosmetic repairs to achieve a flawless finish
• Install automotive parts such as glass, trim, and other components with precision using hand tools and power tools
• Apply auto restoration techniques to bring vintage or damaged vehicles back to showroom condition
• Utilize auto estimating tools to assess damage and determine repair scopes while maintaining excellent customer service
• Execute vehicle maintenance tasks including alignment, assembly, and detailed inspections for quality assurance

Skills

• Proven experience working as an automotive body technician in a dealership or collision center environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto body repair, and sheet metal fabrication repair techniques
• Proficiency in MIG welding, welding repair, soldering, and automotive welding equipment operation
• Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, parts installation, and auto glass replacement
• Skilled in using sanding tools, finishing equipment, airless paint spraying systems, and other automotive refinishing tools
• Familiarity with auto estimating processes and customer service principles within the automotive industry
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working with power tools and performing detailed auto cosmetic repairs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
