Job Description:
As an auto body technician, you will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and maintaining vehicles that have been damaged due to accidents or wear. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bodywork repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and more.
• Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs required.
• Remove and replace damaged parts (doors, bumpers, fenders, etc.).
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures to ensure high-quality work.
• Communicate with management to ensure proper understanding of repairs and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as an auto body technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and repair orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Automotive certifications are a plus.
