Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Repair damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
• Replace parts and complete body alignment work
• Prepare vehicles for paint and reassembly
• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Work closely with estimators and management to ensure timely repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous body shop or collision repair experience required
• I-CAR certification is a plus
• Frame machine and welding experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic

Pay: $55,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
