Job Overview
We are seeking multiple skilled Auto Body Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage. The position requires a detail-oriented approach, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, and alignment
• Use various tools and equipment such as spray guns, welding devices, and frame machines to execute repairs
• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
• Apply paint and finish work to match existing vehicle color and texture
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations before returning vehicles to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with estimators, service advisors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow

Experience

• Prior experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar automotive repair role is preferred
• Knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials required for efficient job performance
• Ability to interpret repair estimates and technical manuals
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
