- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to develop repair strategies and timelines that optimize workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in auto body repair preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in dent repair or related automotive services.
- Certification in paintless dent repair (PDR) from a recognized institution is a significant advantage.
- Experience working in fast-paced automotive shops or dealerships, demonstrating adaptability to changing work demands.
