Auto Detailer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead and grow our new automotive detailing department. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and deodorize interior surfaces, including upholstery, carpets, and dashboards.
• Use specialized tools and equipment (buffers, vacuums, extractors, pressure washers) safely and effectively.
• Inspect vehicles for any damage, scratches, or imperfections and report them to management.
• Apply protective treatments and conditioning agents to surfaces to enhance and maintain their appearance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and let management know when products need reordering.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely move and park vehicles on the premises.

Experience

• Prior experience in car wash or custodial work is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean vehicles meticulously
• Customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
• Experience in buffing, detailing, and cleaning techniques is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
