Career Opportunity – Auto Duct Machine Operator

Location: NAFFCO Qatar

We are looking for a skilled Auto Duct Machine Operator to operate automatic duct production machines for HVAC duct fabrication. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine setup, GI sheet handling, forming, notching, folding, and seaming, with the ability to follow production drawings, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient and safe production.

Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic duct production machines for HVAC duct fabrication according to production requirements.
• Set up and adjust machines based on duct dimensions, sheet gauge, and job specifications.
• Handle GI sheets and perform forming, notching, folding, and seaming operations as required.
• Read and interpret production drawings, job orders, and fabrication specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and inspect finished duct sections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience operating automatic duct production machines.
• Ability to set up machines according to duct size, gauge, and production requirements.
• Knowledge of GI sheet handling, forming, notching, folding, and seaming.
• Ability to read production drawings and job orders.
• Basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
