Job Descriptions:

• Manage, distribute, and follow up on orders with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor daily order progress, identify potential issues or delays, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate operational data and perform basic analysis to support daily operations and decision-making.
• Prepare simple operational reports and maintain up-to-date records.
• Support Operations team with other daily operational tasks and process improvement initiatives when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations, administration, partnership, or any related field (Fresh graduates with internship experience are also welcome).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong numerical and data analysis skills.
