Auto Glass Technician

Stop'N Go Auto Industries is Laredo's full-service auto glass shop — windshields, door and back glass, window tint, PPF, and ADAS camera calibration. Shop work and mobile. We've been doing it here for over ten years and we don't do comebacks.

THE JOB

You'll replace and repair auto glass — windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass. Full-cut and short-cut, urethane prep and set, cowl and molding off and back on right. About half our work is mobile, so you'll be driving a company truck to customer homes, businesses, and fleet yards. Experienced techs also assist on ADAS recalibrations — if you haven't done that, we'll train you on it.

PAY

$15–$18/hour depending on what you can actually do. Top of the range is for techs who handle ADAS recalibrations and can run a mobile route on their own. Paid weekly, every Friday.

This is an experienced post — we're not training from zero on this one. Every candidate does a paid half-day working interview before we hire, and that's where the rate gets set. You get paid for that day either way.

YOU NEED

• 1+ year hands-on installing auto glass
• Valid Texas driver's license and a record clean enough to drive our truck (no active DWI/DUI)
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Laredo heat
• Reliable — techs carry the day's schedule
• Available Monday–Friday, plus Saturdays when we're booked

HELPS A LOT

• Know the difference between OEM and aftermarket, and what a rain sensor / heated / HUD windshield needs
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Mobile route experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, Saturdays as scheduled.
