The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our team on a commission-based pay structure. You’ll perform mobile windshield repairs, headlight restorations, and related services while building strong customer relationships. High performers can earn excellent income based on the volume and quality of work completed.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional windshield chip/crack repairs, headlight restoration, and glass scratch removal using SuperGlass-approved methods and materials
• Provide mobile service at customer locations (homes, businesses, dealerships, fleets)
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain the benefits of repair vs. replacement
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and reliable vehicle for mobile work
• Follow SuperGlass quality standards and lifetime satisfaction guarantee procedures
• Handle scheduling, basic invoicing, and communication with customers as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record (required for mobile work)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred (training available for the right person)
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Honest, professional, and eager to grow with a local business

Experience is a plus but not required — we can train motivated candidates on SuperGlass repair techniques.

Compensation

Commission-based pay structure. Earnings depend on the number and type of jobs completed. High performers in this industry often do very well. Details will be discussed during the interview.

Schedule

Flexible but typically aligned with business hours (approx. Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, limited Saturday hours). Mobile work offers good autonomy once trained.

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
