Job Description

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and self-driven individuals to join our growing team as Auto Hail Repair Sales Representatives. This is a full-time, commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by performance-based pay, we want to hear from you.

No experience in auto hail repair is necessary—we provide training. Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Educate vehicle owners about hail damage repair and the insurance claims process.
• Schedule vehicle inspections and assist customers throughout the repair process.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
