Auto Loan Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate car loan business through dealers, direct customers, DSA channels, and local market sourcing.
• Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and conversion targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, customers, and referral partners.
• Conduct customer profiling, document collection, and coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan processing.
• Monitor collections support, customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in retail asset sales, car loans, auto finance, banking, NBFC, or automobile sales.
• Strong local market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and ability to generate business through field sales activities.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills with a target-oriented approach and willingness to travel extensively.
