Automotive Lube Shop Manager

Full-Time | Automotive Mechanical Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Lube Shop Manager to manage our shop, lead our team, and provide excellent customer service.

Hands-on automotive mechanical experience is REQUIRED. Applicants without automotive mechanic/technician experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations and lead technicians
• Oversee oil changes, preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs
• Use automotive knowledge to identify and explain service needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Recommend and upsell additional automotive services
• Help increase sales and customer retention
• Train and motivate employees
• Maintain quality, safety, and shop cleanliness

Requirements

• Automotive mechanical/technician experience REQUIRED
• Lube shop, mechanic, technician, service advisor, or shop management experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven sales and upselling ability
• Leadership and team-management skills
• Reliable, professional, and hardworking
• ASE certification is a plus

Pay: $46,800.00 - $52,000.00 per year
