What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will:

• Communicate with customers, understand their concerns, and build trust
• Create estimates and explain repair options clearly and professionally
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Support technicians by helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow
• Play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience

• Strong communication, listening, and typing skills

• Customer service experience is helpful but we’re willing to train the right person
