Under new administration Matrix Auto Sales Inc, is urgently hiring motivated men and women for Sales Associate positions.

We are seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our car dealership as Auto Sales Representatives.
Ideal candidates must be able to generate their own traffic and have experience working with social media, customer service, and sales leads.

Requirements:

• Ability to bring your own customer traffic
• Experience using social media for business (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Strong customer service and lead-handling skills
• Sales experience (automotive preferred, not required)
• Self-motivated and commission-driven
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver's license Generate customers through social media and personal network
• Manage and follow up with sales leads
• Assist customers throughout the entire buying process
• Promote dealership inventory online
• Meet monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
