Auto Service Advisor

We are looking to have someone join our Service Advisor team. The position requires daytime availability. The tasks involved in this position are:

• creating work orders for customers when they bring their vehicle to be serviced
• looking up and ordering parts from either our depot or other car part companies in town
• dealing with warranty issues for parts like batteries, hard parts
• looking up replacements parts like wiper blades, spark plugs, etc;
• must be comfortable answering phone calls and using computers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
