What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, alignment, and automotive electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to conduct maintenance and repair tasks.
• Work with schematics to understand complex vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repairs and maintenance needs.
• Repair diesel engines and perform auto body repairs as required.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency within the shop.

Basic qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
• Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
• Experience working with GM vehicles is preferred.

Preferred qualification

• Solid understanding of automotive diagnostics processes.
