Auto Window Tint Installer (EXPERIENCED)

If you take pride in a clean install, hate seeing edge lift or dust under film as much as we do, and want to work somewhere that doesn't cut corners on product or process, this is your shop. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for precision, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional work with more than 2+ years experience in installing window film.

What you'll do

• Measure, cut, and install window tint film on vehicles to a standard most shops don't hold themselves to
• Work with premium film lines, including Ceramic Pro products
• Prep vehicles properly before install so the finish is flawless the first time, not fixed on a comeback
• Inspect your own work and hold the line on quality before a car leaves the bay
• Talk directly with customers about their vehicle and recommend the right film for what they actually want
• Follow our SOPs, not because we love paperwork, but because consistency is what makes a shop's reputation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of professional tint experience, minimum
• You know your way around multiple film types and don't need to be walked through basics
• You catch your own mistakes before a customer does
• You can work independently and keep pace in a busy shop
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Based in or near South Hill, or ready to relocate. You need to be able to arrive on time everyday reliably.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Positive attitude

Pay
Starting at $25/Per Hour, up to $30/Per Hour based on your experience.

Why techs stay here

• Steady flow of work, not feast or famine
• Elite Dealer standards mean better product to work with, not the cheap film that fights you on every install
• A shop that backs its people and doesn't micromanage skilled work

You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and meeting our company’s standards of excellence. There is never a dull day at the tint guys!

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
