Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision or repair needs
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines
• Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
• Upsell additional services or parts when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and shop revenue
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately at the point of sale
• Maintain organized records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions for accountability and follow-up

Requirements

• Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
• Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of vehicle systems and damage assessment techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Knowledge of automotive estimating software and tools is advantageous
• Dealership experience, mechanic experience, or related automotive certifications are highly valued

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
