Autocad Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in 2D and 3D CAD design to develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models for our product portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of professional experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering principles, and the ability to translate concepts into manufacturable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings / 3D models for product designs. Must have proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a minimum of 45 years of experience.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand design requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the development and manufacturing phases

• Stay current with industry standards, design tools, and manufacturing technologies

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting & Design.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in mechanical design or CAD drafting

• Proven expertise in AutoCAD (2D drafting and technical drawings)

• Proficient in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, and part design)
