Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AutoCAD Designer role based in Abu Dhabi. The AutoCAD Designer will prepare, modify, and update architectural and construction drawings in line with project specifications and hospitality facility standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed floor plans, elevations, and layouts, coordinating space planning requirements, and ensuring drawings comply with relevant codes and company guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers, communicating design changes, and maintaining accurate documentation for all design work.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in creating and interpreting Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
• Solid Drawing and drafting skills using AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Experience with Space Planning for hospitality, commercial, or residential facilities.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices in construction and facility design is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hospitality projects or GCC-based construction environments is preferred.
