Job Description: Design Engineer – Pulley & Hydraulic Components Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop pulleys, hydraulic components, shafts, housings, brackets, and related mechanical parts.
• Prepare 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, fits, and material specifications.
• Develop and modify designs according to customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly drawings, and component drawings.
• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and machining teams to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.
• Select suitable materials and manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, turning, milling, drilling, and fabrication.
• Review customer drawings and identify design improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Support production during machining, assembly, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and quality requirements.
• Maintain design records, revision history, and technical documentation.
