AutoCAD Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Designing

• Prepare precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop machine parts, fixtures, and production drawings as per requirements.
• Modify and update existing designs based on feedback.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and accurate.

CNC Division Management

• Lead and supervise the CNC division.
• Allocate daily work to CNC operators and monitor progress.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and manpower.
• Maintain quality standards for all CNC operations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
• Oversee maintenance and safety compliance of CNC machines.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• In-depth knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle production planning and work allocation.
• Problem-solving, quality focus, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in CNC operations and CAD designing.
