AutoCAD Documentation Engineer

Education: Diploma / bachelor s degree in mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain Validation Documents (DQ, IQ, OQ), Operating Manuals, and Work Instructions.

Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines and ISO/quality standards.

Create and update Bill of Materials (BOMs), part lists, and technical records.

Manage version control and maintain records in line with engineering change processes.

Provide technical documents and drawings to support production, quality, and service teams.

Use and verify measuring instruments; apply knowledge of standard mechanical components for precise documentation.

Compile, organize, and deliver user manuals, technical specifications, and assembly instructions for customers.

Coordinate with internal teams for updates, revisions, and approvals of documents.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of technical documentation standards.

Proficiency in MS Office / documentation tools / CAD basics (preferred).

Understanding of ISO / quality documentation practices.

Good organizational and version control management skills.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
