About the opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established boutique Architectural & Interior Design firm based in Gurgaon. We are looking for a Draftsman with 2-5 years of professional experience in designing commercial spaces.We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Draftsman to prepare accurate 2D drawings for commercial and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong

drafting skills, a thorough understanding of construction drawings, and the ability to work closely with architects and project teams to produce high-quality technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction details.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and drafting standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project execution teams to maintain drawing accuracy.
• Prepare working drawings for site execution and construction.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in architectural or interior drafting.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
• Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Software Skills

AutoCAD (Mandatory) | SketchUp (Preferred) | Revit (Preferred) |Microsoft Office
