AutoCAD Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with construction industry experience to prepare accurate technical and construction drawings and support the project team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for construction projects.
• Prepare architectural, structural, and construction/shop drawings as required.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and layouts based on project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents before preparing drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams.
• Make revisions and updates to drawings based on engineer/consultant comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
• Maintain proper drawing numbers, revisions, and document records.
• Assist engineers and project managers with technical drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all submitted drawings.
• Maintain an organized database of drawings and project documents.
• Perform other drafting and documentation duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of architectural/structural drawings and construction detailing.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
