Job Title: AutoCAD Interior Design Draftsman (Contract)

Location: UAE (Abu Dhabi / Dubai)

Employment Type: Temporary / Contract (6-12 Months - Extendable)

Job Description / Position Summary

We are seeking 5 AutoCAD Interior Design Draftsmen for an initial 6-month contract (with high possibility of extension) to join our design and technical team. The candidate will support ongoing high-end interior fit-out projects, including key projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including layouts, plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, schedules, Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs), floor finishes, and construction details.
• Coordinate effectively with Interior Design, Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) teams.
• Update and refine drawings based on design reviews, client feedback, and local authority requirements.
• Prepare complete drawing packages for design development, authority submissions, and tender documentation.
• Maintain strict drawing quality, consistency, and project documentation standards.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience specifically in high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). Strong understanding of interior construction detailing, joinery, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Coordination Ability: Proven ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-track environment.
