DRAFTSMAN

Job Summary

-Responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, layouts, and 3D models based on specifications provided by architects, engineers, clients, and project teams. Ensures drawings meet project requirements, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.

• Interpret architectural, engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, and compliance with applicable standards.

• Revise and update drawings based on approved changes and project requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding technical details.

• Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings when required.

• Organize and maintain CAD files, drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

• Identify drafting discrepancies and coordinate with the project team for resolution.

• Stay updated on relevant drafting standards, software, technologies, and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and technical drafting skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
