Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and technical plans. The candidate should have good knowledge of AutoCAD, drawing standards, and architectural drafting, along with the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and the design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Develop working drawings based on architectural designs and project requirements.
• Prepare site plans, furniture layouts, and construction drawings as required.
• Revise and update drawings according to instructions from architects and project managers.
• Ensure accuracy, proper dimensions, annotations, scales, and drawing standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, civil engineers, and other team members.
• Maintain drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and technical details.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings.
• Review drawings for errors and inconsistencies before submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, dimensions, scales, and drafting standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or other design software will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural or civil drafting is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
