WADIC is an established architectural and design company delivering innovative design solutions for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AutoCAD Draftsman to become part of our growing team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to strengthen their technical drafting skills, gain practical industry exposure, and develop a professional career in architectural and structural design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create precise 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and other technical drawings according to project requirements.
• Review design concepts, technical documentation, and project specifications to prepare accurate drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings meet required standards and specifications.
• Follow company drafting practices, quality requirements, and documentation standards.
• Update and revise drawings based on project changes, reviews, and feedback.
• Carry out basic measurements and calculations necessary for preparing technical drawings.
• Check final drawings for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Valid AutoCAD certification is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with a basic understanding of architectural drafting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, construction documents, and drafting standards.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have a personal laptop capable of running AutoCAD and other required drafting software efficiently.
