What they need
- Lot Plotting & Boundary Mapping: Read and interpret Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT), Condominium Certificates of Title (CCT), and technical descriptions to accurately plot property lot shapes and configurations using AutoCAD.
- Technical Drafting: Prepare precise site plans, vicinities, floor layouts, and building elevations based on sketches, engineering blueprints, and site inspection data.
- Vicinity Map Generation: Create detailed vicinity and location maps using AutoCAD integrated with reference tools like Google Maps, or tax declarations to pinpoint property locations.
- Collaboration & Revision: Coordinate closely with Appraisers, Project Managers, and site inspectors to update, revise, and verify drawing accuracy against physical findings.
- Database Management: Organize, maintain, and archive a structured digital library of CAD files, lot plans, and appraisal references for future company use.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure all plotted lots and structures conform to standard Philippine drafting rules and spatial accuracy guidelines.
