AutoCAD Operator

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Operator to prepare and coordinate technical drawings for construction and engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS drawings while coordinating with engineers, architects, project managers, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise CAD drawings for Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS works using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Develop Shop Drawings, Detailed Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Construction Drawings based on approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary drawings to ensure accuracy and proper interface between Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS works.
• Conduct site verification and update drawings based on actual site conditions, revisions, and approved changes.
• Maintain organized and accurate CAD files, drawing revisions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and site personnel to ensure timely submission of drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant CAD drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledgeable in preparing and interpreting Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS drawings.
• Experience in Shop Drawings, Detailed Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Construction Drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits when required.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
